Top 10 Tips to Keep Your Brain Young

This TED video is presented by Elizabeth Amini, the CEO and a co-founder of Anti-Aging Games. She says these 10 tips are the cumulation of knowledge that she and a team of neuroscientists came up with after reviewing over 17,000 medical studies on how to potentially reduce the risk of early memory loss through lifestyle changes.

One big takeaway from this talk was that even if Alzheimer’s seems to run in your family, you are far from destined to get it. According to Amini, only 5-8% of Alzheimer’s is linked to genes. Even in the case of identical twins, when one gets Alzheimer’s that’s no guarantee that the other one will get it. In 21% of the cases, the other twin doesn’t get it.

Watch this video and make note of these 10 tips. All of these them are easy, free, and ones that you can start doing today!
