The article states, “Wheat adversely affects the physical health of far more than present day conventional medical estimates … We have indexed over 200 adverse health effects of gluten-containing grains. Interestingly, top on the list is neurotoxicity.”

What this comes down to is no GMO, no pesticides, no herbicides, no fluoride-based spray products, no Monsanto intrusion at all, and a whole lot of high quality food available for the 700,000 citizens of Bhutan.
OUR TAKE: It’s amazing that growing unadulterated food is news, but that’s the way it is in our modern world. And this is a meaningful break from the mindset of “modern is better”.
